Provided are an optical pulse meter and a two-way communication device provided with the optical pulse meter, such that two-way bone conduction communication can be carried out when a helmet, head set, or eyeglass frame including a bone conduction speaker, a bone conduction microphone, and the optical pulse meter is mounted on the head of a user and such that pulse data of the user at rest and during walking or when traveling on a bicycle can be constantly and stably detected. The two-way bone conduction communication device provided with the optical pulse meter comprises: a helmet 20 that includes a bone conduction speaker 2, a bone conduction microphone 1, the optical pulse meter 3, and a three-axis acceleration sensor 4; a processing circuit that computes data; and two-way transmission and reception means for connecting the processing circuit to the internet. The optical pulse meter 3 is placed in tight contact to a temple portion of the user and detects the pulse of the user, and the two-way communication device is connected to the internet in real time by the two-way transmission and reception means. |
