<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it impossible to take out a storage means for a care receiver to the outside of a residence of the care receiver in the case of operating an in-home-care state grasping system. <P>SOLUTION: The holder is composed of: a substrate member 1 having screw holes 1a opening at two corners on a diagonal line and provided with wood screws 1b to be inserted into each of the screw holes 1a; a standing pole 2 standing at the center of the substrate member 1 and having a locking hole 2a opening at its upper part; a cover member 3 in the shape of an open-bottom container which is for externally covering the substrate member 1, which has a slit-like pole through hole 3a through which the standing pole 2 can pass formed in the center of the upper part and which has a cord through hole 3b through which a holding cord 6 inserted and engaged to the engaging hole 5a of a card-type storage means 5 pass at the side part of the cover member 3; a padlock 4 for locking the covering state; and the annular holding cord 6 which is coupled with the card-type storage means 5 to be held and put around the standing pole 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
