PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing circuit, capable of suitably accessing an external memory while suppressing an increase in cost resulting from an increase in capacity of the external memory to be connected. SOLUTION: The signal processing circuit comprises a signal processing part which generates a first address and a second address, reads data stored in the external memory based on the first address and the second address to perform predetermined processing thereto, and outputs the processed data together with the first address and the second address; an address conversion part which outputs a third address while retaining one bit of the first address, and outputs a fourth address by adding one bit of the retained first address to the second address; and a data interface which performs writing or reading processing to the external memory.
