The container also includes a frangible region intermediate the reservoir and the distal end of the elongated neck. The frangible region is fracturable in response to a predetermined force applied to the distal end to create opening in the elongated neck through which the material can be dispensed from the reservoir. The container further includes a guard disposed adjacent the elongated neck to inhibit inadvertent fracture of the frangible region absent the predetermined force. |
