PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein conventional control methods affect other animals, plants and environments, and need large costs, when areas for the control are wide. SOLUTION: This method for solving the problem comprises decoding the genome of a target animal or plant to be controlled, and confirming whether the reproduction of the target animal or plant can most effectively be prevented, when any place of the DNA is recombined, recombining the gene so not to bear females and not to leave progenies. Born males chase females in various directions, and couple with the females. Since the males have genes not bearing females, the females are gradually reduced, and finally eradicated.
