PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such toner that can prevent sticking to a counter member due to softening of the toner caused by heat. SOLUTION: The toner is characterized in that: fine particles 22 used for preventing the toner particles from sticking are made of a resin in the same series as a resin 21 for fixing, with higher molecular weight than the resin 21 for fixing; and the glass transition temperature of the surface layer of the fine particles 22 is higher than the highest temperature during storing the toner or in a developing machine.
