PURPOSE: A geothermal heat exchanger using subsurface water is provided to maximize heat exchange by forming an intake pipe which passes through the inside of a heat collection tank, in a shape of coil. CONSTITUTION: A geothermal heat exchanger using subsurface water comprises a casing(20), and an intake pipe(30), and a circulating pipe. A subsurface water inlet(21) is formed at the lower end of the casing. The casing is inserted inside a subsurface water well(10). A pumping chamber(31) is formed at the upper end of the intake pipe. The intake pipe is inserted inside the casing. A pump(41) is formed inside the pumping chamber. One end of the circulating pipe is connected to the pump. A heat collection tank(50) is installed at the lower end of the intake pipe.
