The present invention relates to a hydroelectric water tank apparatus which uses a water tank and a propeller. When generating power, water flowing in a mountain valley and pumped water is guided to a water tank on the ground in accordance with the present invention. A guided water amount is accommodated in the water tank on the ground to rotate the propeller using a strong water pressure to generate power. Therefore, a certain amount of the water drained from the water tank on the ground is discharged after rotating the propeller and guided to an underground water tank. The water amount stored in the underground water tank is pumped using a water pump by a charged L4 generator to replenish the water amount consumed by the water tank on the ground to continue generating power. |
