<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-Helicobacter pylori agent which can safely sterilize Helicobacter pylori without producing a side effect and a resistant bacterium, to provide an agent for preventing and treating stomach ulcer or duodenal ulcer caused by the Helicobacter pylori, and to provide a food or drink for preventing the ulcer. <P>SOLUTION: The anti-Helicobacter pylori agent, the agent for preventing and treating stomach ulcer or duodenal ulcer caused by the Helicobacter pylori, and the food or drink for preventing the ulcer, each contains an extract extracted from a kind of potato with an organic solvent and/or supercritical carbon dioxide as an active ingredient. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
