PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point awarding method allowing even amusement facilities such as Pachinko parlors to positively use point similar to the regular commercial facilities. SOLUTION: A game information management device 1 installed in game facilities and a point information management device 3 installed in a point issuing office whose business body is different from that of the amusement facilities are connected together with a telecommunication line. The game information management device 1 transmits player information and the like acquired from the terminal device 2 installed in a game machine to the point information management device 3. While continuing the connection with a terminal device 2, the point information management device 3 transmits advertisement information to the terminal device and awards points usable in an electronic store operated by a provider of the advertisement information, or a different person from the business body of the amusement facilities, to player's data on player database set in the point information management device 3, as a compensation for the terminal device 2 of receiving the advertisement information.
