PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hub dynamo gear unit, hub dynamo, and bicycle, that are capable of generating high power even when rotational speed of a rotor is low.SOLUTION: A hub dynamo 10 comprises: a first hub cap 31 that receives force from the outside to rotate; a magnet part 20; a coil part 17 that rotates with respect to the magnet part 20; and a gear unit 32 for transmitting rotation of the first hub cap 31 to the magnet part 20. The gear unit 32 comprises a first transmission mechanism and a second transmission mechanism. Provision of at least one of the first transmission mechanism and the second transmission mechanism is sufficient. Speed of rotation of the first hub cap 31 may be increased and transmitted to the magnet part 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
