The drum brake has a wheel cylinder (5) arranged between an end (3b) of a brake lining (3) and an end (4b) of another brake lining (4). A parking brake actuator (6) is actuated by an electrical drive, where the parking brake actuator presses the two brake linings against a brake drum (2) for locking a vehicle. The electrical drive is arranged outside a casing, where the electrical drive is positioned inside the drum brake. The parking brake actuator has two pistons that are arranged opposite to each other in the casing.
