PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure of components capable of preventing buckling of a member installed between fastened members and absorbing positional displacement between the fastened members while inhibiting increase of manufacturing cost and weight. SOLUTION: The fastening structure of components is provided with a lower case 450 including a round hole 450A, a wire connection box 490 mounted on the lower case 450 and including a hole 490A of which diameter is smaller than that of the hole 450A, a monitor unit 480 put between the lower case 450 and the wire connection box 490 and including a bracket 481 projecting above the hole 450A, a round spacer 510 having an oval hole formed thereon, fitted in the hole 450A, and supporting the bracket 481 projecting above the hole 450A, and a bolt 500 inserted through the oval hole and the hole 490A, and fastening the lower case 450 and the wiring connection box 490.
