Portable goal 1, which comprises a crossbar 2 and two posts 3, 4 and is characterised in that the posts 3, 4 are profiles having a cross-section complementary to the crossbar 2, such that they can slide telescopically with respect thereto, said profiles that constitute the posts 3, 4 being equipped with a hinge 31, 41 at the innermost end of the posts 3, 4 with respect to the crossbar 2, such that when the hinges 31, 41 surpass the ends of the crossbar, the posts 3, 4 can be disposed at a right angle to the crossbar 2 in order to constitute a goal frame.
