The module has a pin (111) connecting the module with a printed circuit board and a mechanical catch device (131) fixed on the board. A circuit carrier is designed as a carrier plate from ceramic e.g. thick-film ceramic, hybrid ceramic or direct copper bonding (DCB) ceramic. An isolation bar electrically isolates an external component from the board and pin. A housing part (114) is effused with a soft flexible sealing compound. An independent claim is also included for an electrical power device having an electrical power module.
