FIELD: biotechnology.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and is intended for use of indocyanine green as nanoparticles optical mark containing medicinal substance of protein nature. Indocyanine is used as a nanoparticles matrix marker based on polylactic acid or copolymer of polylactic and glycolic acid with average size of not more than 500 nm, containing substance of protein nature. Using the invention enables to study internalization of nanoparticles (IN) and encapsulated active substance in parallel, without impacting on the optical properties of each mark - marked protein or peptide and marked IN with cells, their intracellular distribution.EFFECT: marking of IN allows to study the pharmacokinetic parameters of IN, their bio-distribution and their safety in parallel with the active substance, that is important for introduction and wider application of IN in vivo.1 cl, 6 tbl, 12 dwg, 5 ex |
