PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freezing car management system which enables overall management of a freezing car considering that a failure of a vehicle results in a stoppage of a refrigeration machine and a decrease in the commercial value of loaded goods and enables easy determination on whether a vehicle manufacturer or a refrigeration machine manufacturer should deal with the failure and how to deal with the failure.SOLUTION: A freezing car management system conducts communication between a freezing car 1 including a hybrid system 67 and an exterior center and includes: a refrigeration machine 3 which cools a refrigerating room of the freezing car 1; a refrigeration machine control unit 3c; a hybrid control unit 4; and a vehicle control unit 5 for controlling a vehicle internal system; and a wireless communication device 6. The freezing car management system wirelessly transmits information to be reported to the center 2, from among failure information, from the wireless communication device 6 to the center 2 while enabling the information to be classified as information regarding the hybrid system 67, information regarding the refrigeration machine 3, or information regarding to the vehicle internal system. |
