PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an olefin resin composition that has both excellent adhesiveness to various kinds of substrate materials and high heat resistant performance and to provide a laminate.SOLUTION: The olefin resin composition is (C) an olefin resin composition including: (A) a polar group-containing olefin copolymer produced by copolymerizing ethylene and/or a 3-20C α-olefin with a polar group-containing monomer including an epoxy group in the presence of a transition metal catalyst, which has a linear molecular structure and is random-copolymerized; and (B) an olefin resin having a density as measured in accordance with JIS K7112 of 0.890-1.20 g/cm. The blending amount of the olefin resin (B) is 1-99,900 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the polar group-containing olefin copolymer (A). |
