PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control use of a predetermined function (download of a specific application or the like) to a mobile terminal in accordance with a relative positional relationship of a plurality of mobile terminals capable of acquiring position information or the like. SOLUTION: A server computer 10 is connected with a plurality of mobile terminals 20, via a network, each comprising a position information acquiring means (GPS) for acquiring position information, and manages the position information of each of the mobile terminals 20. The server computer 10 comprises: a position information accepting means 10a for accepting position information of the plurality of mobile terminals 20; a determination means 10b for determining whether each of the plurality of mobile terminals 20 satisfies a predetermined condition (e.g., square layout) or not on the basis of accepted position information; and a function control means 10c for permitting use of a predetermined function (e.g., downloading of a specific application) to at least one of the plurality of mobile terminals 20 if it is determined that the plurality of mobile terminals satisfy the predetermined condition.
