PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lengthen a crash stroke of an energy absorbing member. SOLUTION: A crash box 10 is constituted of fiber reinforced resin and furnished with an upper end vertical wall part 10A, a lower end vertical wall part 10B, a plurality of main wall parts 10C, 10D, 10E, 10F, 10G, 10H, 10J and their upper end vertical wall parts 10A and lower end vertical wall parts 10B longitudinal directions of which is arranged along the vehicle body fore-and-aft direction and a mounting wall part 10K integrally formed toward the vehicle width direction from front ends on the plurality of main wall parts, and a bumper reinforcement 50 the longitudinal direction of which is arranged along the vehicle width direction is mounted on a mounting wall part 10K by a bolt 56 and a nut 58.
