PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling pre-treatment apparatus that achieves speed-up of creation processing of an index of a biological sequence fragment.SOLUTION: The assembling pre-treatment apparatus includes: an acquisition part for acquiring partial sequence information composed of a character string of a K character (wherein K is an arbitrary integer) by shifting the characters one by one from the head of biological sequence information; a performance determination part for determining whether or not the process for carrying out the assembling pre-treatment performs the assembling pre-treatment relating to the partial sequence information; and a registration part for registering positional information indicating the position of the partial sequence information in the biological sequence information into a sequence position storage part when it is determined that the process performs the assembling pre-treatment relating to the partial sequence information. |
