PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel cell device in which the heat of a vaporizer can be measured correctly, without being affected by an exhaust stream or heat dissipation.SOLUTION: A solid oxide fuel cell device 1 has a module case 8 for housing a plurality of fuel cells, a thermal insulation material 7 provided to cover the periphery of the module case, a reformer 120 disposed in the module case, producing fuel gas by reforming a raw fuel gas with steam, and supplying the fuel gas to a fuel gas supply passage, and a vaporizer 140 provided in the thermal insulation material on the outside of the module case, producing steam by performing heat exchange between the supplied water and the exhaust gas passing in an exhaust passage 172, and supplying the mixed gas of the steam and the raw fuel gas to the reformer. Between the vaporizer and the thermal insulation material, temperature sensors 230, 232 for monitoring the temperature of the vaporizer are disposed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16 |
