[Problem] To provide a contamination preventing agent composition for effectively preventing in pitch contamination in the dry part. [Solution] This contamination preventing agent composition 1 is applied to a dry part D in a papermaking machine, and comprises a film forming agent and a gelling agent, wherein the film forming agent is an emulsion comprising water, modified silicone and an emulsifier, and the gelling agent is a compound represented by formula (1).
