PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cooking equipment for IH capable of receiving fat drooping down from an upper part of a heating plate, while preventing deformation caused by high temperature, without sacrificing heating efficiency of electromagnetic induction heating.SOLUTION: Cooking equipment for IH (10) includes a heating plate (12) heated by electromagnetic induction, a heat-resistant glass bottom plate (14) for covering the undersurface of the heating plate, and a frame part (15) provided on an outer edge part of the heat-resistant glass bottom plate, for enclosing the heating plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
