PURPOSE: An apparatus for adjusting a timing delay in a semiconductor device is provided, which can decreases a mask manufacturing time and a mask manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for adjusting a timing delay in a semiconductor device comprises: a delay unit (50) for delaying an input signal to a certain time; a timing delay selecting unit (70) including a first transmission transistor for responding a first control signal and transmitting the input signal, and a second transmission transistor for responding a second control signal and transmitting a delay signal outputted from the delay unit (50); an output unit (90) for outputting a signal transmitted from the timing delay selecting unit (70); and a control signal generating unit (80) for generating a first control signal or a second control signal and controlling the timing delay selecting unit (70). Since a delay pass having an other time delay can to be selected, a process for changing of a delay time can to be simple.
