PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system and a radio communication unit capable of easily exchanging ID codes between radio communication units without requiring a wired connection, protecting the exchanged ID codes. SOLUTION: An ID code is displayed on a display of one radio communication unit. A user prompts the other radio communication unit to input the above ID code, and then the other radio communication unit transmits the input ID code to the one radio communication unit.
