PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot imaging device capable of monitoring a working status of a robot and relieving image collection work by appropriately imaging the working status, thus attaining cost reduction. SOLUTION: A robot imaging device 10 includes a camera 12 for monitoring a working status of a robot 1, a camera positioning mechanism 14 for movably supporting the camera 12 and a camera positioning mechanism control device 16 for controlling the camera positioning mechanism 14. The camera positioning mechanism control device 16 controls the camera positioning mechanism 14 in accordance with a command from a robot control device 2, thereby changing the imaging area of the camera 12 from a working area A to B (or its vice versa).
