The invention concerns a panel (10), in particular a floor covering panel, comprising tongue (26') and groove (24) mating means designed for angular interlocking essentially free of elastic deformation. At least one of the mating means is provided, on at least one part of its surface, with an adhesive deposit (39', 40') capable of being repositioned designed to secure the panels together when they are assembled. The adhesive capable of being repositioned provides a clicking effect and enables the panels to be assembled/disassembled several times.
