<p>A method for establishing neighbor relation is provided, which includes: a base station receives the Physical Cell IDs (Phy-CIDs) of the neighbor cells with the strongest pilot signals, which are reported respectively by the user equipments (UEs) of the current cell, and determines the Phy-CIDs of the neighbor cells which have not established the neighbor relation with the current cell among those Phy-CIDs received (202); the base station selects one UE among all the UEs which report the Phy-CIDs, and instructs the UE to read the cell information of the neighbor cell (203); the base station receives the information reported by the UE; the neighbor relation corresponding to each operator which is supported by the current cell is established according to the cell information of the current cell and the information reported by the UE (205). By introducing the Public Land Mobile Network Identity (PLMN-ID) for identifying the operator into the neighbor relation, the present invention establishes the corresponding relation between the cell ID and the operators supported by the base station, thereby the neighbor relation corresponding to each of the different operators of the same base station can be distinguished, and therefore, the establishment of Automatic Neighbor Relation (ANR) can be implemented when the base station is shared by plurality of operators.</p> |
