PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video server system that can provide an open business platform that utilizes image information in various networks in a way of multipurpose. SOLUTION: A video server 1 is provided with an image pickup section 2, a frame memory 11 that stores image data, an image processing section 12 that applies prescribed image processing to the image data stored in the frame memory 11, and a decision notice section 10 that decides the processed data by the image processing section 12. The video server 1 transmits image data in response to a request from a client C, the image processing section 12 conducts image processing on the basis of an image processing condition set by the client C, and the decision notice section 10 decides the processed data and informs the client C about the result of decision. |
