PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fork protector suppressing damage of a handstand type fork, and also to provide a saddle-riding type vehicle provided with the fork protector. SOLUTION: The fork protectors 61, 62 are provided with: first protector parts 61a, 62a covering inner tubes 51a, 52a in front of the inner tubes 51a, 52a and extending along a longitudinal direction of the inner tubes 51a, 52a; and second protector parts 61b, 62b extending from one end portions on a front wheel 20 side of the first protector parts 61a, 62a to rear sides of the inner tubes 51a, 52a.
