The invention relates to a cosmetic composition that comprises, in a cosmetically acceptable medium, a block polymer including: a first block including at least 50 wt %, relative to the weight of said block, of a monomer carrying hydrophilic grafts or a mixture of such monomers; a second hydrophilic block including at least 50 wt %, relative to the weight of said block, of a hydrophilic monomer or a mixture of such monomers; the weight ratio between the molecular mass in numbers (Mn) of said first block and the molecular mass (Mn) in numbers of said second block being between 0.02 and 15. The invention also relates to polymers as such, as well as to a cosmetic treatment method using said composition.
