PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a gas barrier film in which chlorine gas is not generated at incineration, and there is not decrease of gas barrier property by change in temperature and humidity or by bending, and high gas barrier property is maintained after processing of boil, without passing a complex process.SOLUTION: The gas barrier film is obtained by applying a mixture of polyamine, polycarboxylic acid, and a swelling property flaky inorganic substance, wherein polyamine/polycarboxylic acid=2.5/87.5-27.5/72.5, and (polyamine+polycarboxylic acid)/the swelling property flaky inorganic substance=100/5-100/50 (weight ratio) on at least one side of a base material consisting of a plastic film. The polycarboxylic acid preferably is polyacrylic acid having the weight average molecular weight of 10,000-150,000 and/or 1,2,3,4-butanetetracarboxylic acid. In the film, the oxygen permeability of 20°C×90%RH right after performing the boil processing with boiling water for 30 minutes is at most 20 cc/m×atm×24h. |
