PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage element capable of storing heat up to a predetermined temperature while sucking heat and moisture from a gas, and to provide a ventilation unit using the heat storage element.SOLUTION: A heat storage element is made of a porous member and characterized by storing heat up to a predetermined temperature while sucking heat and moisture from the gas inflowing inside, and the ventilation unit comprises the heat storage element, an indoor-side hood, a dustproof filter, a ventilation fan, a sleeve, and an outdoor-side hood, and is characterized in having a length of the sleeve adjusted according to a thickness of an outer wall to which the ventilation unit is fitted. |
