PURPOSE: An apparatus for wrapping a tray on which a semiconductor device is loaded is provided to automatically perform an overall process wrapping a tray. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus first wraps a tray(403) on which a plurality of semiconductor devices are loaded by using a film(532). The wrapped tray is inserted into a shield bag(111). A plurality of silicagel(41) and indicators(81) are piled on the wrapped tray. A barcode(101) is attached on the shield bag(111). The shield bag is transferred on a work table(121) and vacuum-packed and then a pull-bag(158) is completed. A plurality of the pull-bags are inserted into a box(213). A barcode is attached into the box and then the box is packed. The above processes are automatically performed.
