PURPOSE: The method is to accomplish ending of all frame modes by itself without help from host. An apparatus for accomplishing such high speed decoding method is also provided. CONSTITUTION: The decoding method comprises (a) a step of determining whether message data of frame has sequential message data, (b) a step of transmitting decoded vector data and decoded message data to the host in units of packet, if the message data of frame data has not sequential message data, (c) a step of transmitting decoded vector data and decoded message data to the host in units of packet, if the message data of frame data has sequential message data, (d) a step of determining whether carry bits included in the message data of frame data is predetermined level, (e) steps of receiving the frame data and its sequential frame data, and going to step (a) if the bits are not in the predetermined level, (f) a step of informing that all frame modes are completed, if the carry bits are predetermined level, and (h) a step of receiving the frame data which is designated according to collapse, following the step (f) or the step (b).
