A METHOD AND SYSTEM TO REALIZE VOICE CALL CONTINUITY WHEN DEALING WITH EMERGENCY BUSINESS

A method to realize voice call continuity when dealing with emergency business includes: public safety answering point (PSAP) or user equipment (UE) within source domain initiates a emergency business request; network side judges whether the emergency business meets the qualification of triggering emergency call continuity business; when the qualification is met, the emergency business is anchored to voice call continuity (VCC) application server (AS) and a communication connection between UE within source domain and PSAP is established; VCC AS realizes voice call continuity business based on anchored emergency business. In addition, a emergency business call system and a emergency business call unit also were disclosed. The current project can realize voice call continuity as UE switches between source and destination domains when dealing with emergency business.
