A curved liquid crystal display panel and a manufacturing method therefor. The manufacturing method comprises: exposing a colored film color resistor by using a mask plate having light shading parts (27), wherein the light shading parts (27) are arranged at positions corresponding to the edge of the panel; developing the exposed colored film color resistor so as to form recesses (26) at positions, corresponding to the light shading parts (27), on the colored film color resistor; and forming spacers (24, 25) at positions, corresponding to the recesses (26) of the colored film color resistor, on one substrate. |
