PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a coil winding, capable of reducing a height of the coil winding and the coil winding of which the height is reduced.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a coil winding 10, comprises: a step of an edgewise bending for performing the edgewise bending having a different direction and forming an interlayer transition part 127; a first fixing step of fixing the interlayer transition part 127 to a first fixture in a state of positioning; a first turn forming step of forming a first turn T1 having three bending parts by performing a flatwise bending to the flat wire 11 along with a first processing groove having a width of the flat wire 11 for one wire; a second fixing step of fixing the flat wire 11 in the state of positioning the interlayer transition part 127 to a second fixture having a second processing groove with the width of flat line 11 for two wires; and a second turn forming step of forming a second turn T2 having three bending parts by performing the flatwise bending to the flat wire 11 along with the second processing groove.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
