Provided is a flexographic printing plate that enables printing by which the thickening of halftone dots at the boundary between an image part having a low halftone dot area ratio and a non-image part is suppressed so as to prevent visual recognition of density discontinuity. In a highlight halftone dot part having a halftone dot area ratio of more than 0% and 10% or less, among small points constituting the highlight halftone dot part, at least one small point adjacent to a non-image part continuously extending in a direction away from an edge side of the highlight halftone dot part by 10 mm or more has a height lower than an average of the heights of the small points of the highlight halftone dot part. |
