A trigger message processing method includes: receiving an equipment action request message sent from a Service Capability Server (SCS); determining to trigger an update request according to the action type setting in the equipment action request message; transmitting a submission request update message to a serving Core Network (CN) node of a User Equipment (UE), and, the submission request update message is used for triggering the update operation by the serving CN node according to whether the NAS message carrying an old trigger information is suspended in the serving CN node. In the method, the replacement or cancellation operation of the trigger message can be performed when the SCS needs to replace or cancel the submitted device trigger message. |
