The module has a frame (3) extending along a periphery of a bonnet in a closed position. The frame has points (6) for reference of a body part such as fender, which surrounds the bonnet. The frame is distinct from the fender and a bumper of the bonnet. A console covers an engine compartment when the frame is mounted on a blank case. The frame has a front crosspiece (7) to which a bonnet lock is fixed.
