PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress image irregularity at the time of double-sided image formation, sheet discharge failure, and loading failure.SOLUTION: A sheet discharge device comprises: a discharge roller 43 which discharges a sheet to a sheet loading tray 48; a sheet pressing member 44 which is arranged at a prescribed position in an inclination posture intersecting the discharged sheet so as to be in contact with the sheet; a support member 45 which supports the sheet pressing member 44 in a manner capable of oscillating; a spring member 46 which energizes the sheet pressing member 44 toward the prescribed position; and a control unit which controls a pressure adjustment mechanism for adjusting energization force of the spring member 46.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
