PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage of a piezoelectric body layer composing a piezoelectric element.SOLUTION: A liquid jet head is equipped with a vibration part composing the wall face of a long-form pressure chamber SC in a Y direction, a piezoelectric element 38 provided to the vibration part at the side opposite to the pressure chamber SC, and a drawing part 642 for electrically connecting the piezoelectric element 38 to external wiring. The piezoelectric element 38 includes a first electrode 62, a second electrode 80 and a piezoelectric body layer 70 between the first and second electrodes 62 and 80. The first electrode 62 is formed inside the pressure chamber SC in a planar shape included in the second electrode 80 in a plan view. The drawing part 642 is formed to straddle a long side taken in the Y direction from the peripheral edge of the first electrode 62 in a plan view in the inner peripheral edge of the pressure chamber SC.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
