<p>Hollow element consists of a container with stiffened wall, filled with water etc. The side and end walls have several layers (2) of elastic material, which are connected to each other via one or more stiff layers of steel wires (5), to form a mainly rigid panel (1). The wires are of spring steel, and form a wire mesh. The elastic material layers are of recycled granulated tire rubber. Nets (7-10) of wire mesh, plastic, etc. are positioned between some of the layers. The outside of each wall has a water-resistant material layer (3).</p> |
