The present invention relates to a composition for inducing the dedifferentiation of somatic cells into muscle stem cells, and to a manufacturing method of muscle stem cells using the same. According to the present invention, muscle stem cell-like cells can be manufactured with a simple method. The composition for inducing the dedifferentiation of somatic cells into muscle stem cells comprises Pax3, Esrrb, and dedifferentiation-inducing factor protein or polynucleotide for coding the same. The manufacturing method of muscle stem cells can reduce costs by performing direct dedifferentiation from somatic cells into muscle stem cells without a process of induced stem cells.
