PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hygienic pet's excrement-recovering tool capable of simply recovering excrement by one hand. SOLUTION: In the pet's excrement-recovering tool, two semi-cylindrical bodies having a hole in at least one-half part forms a cylindrical body so as to be openable by a spring part and the bottom of a bag is put from an opening and closing part of the cylindrical body into the body, and the recovering tool is used in a state in which the bottom of the bag is pulled out from the hole to the outside of the body. In the recovering tool, a claw protruded to the mouth top part on opening and closing part side of the semi-cylindrical of one half part is provided and the claw is put in crossed state in the interior of either one semi-cylindrical body when the body is closed.
