PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device capable of providing information to be used for efficiently supplying water to each athlete by considering environmental changes, and to provide an athletics management system and an athletics management method.SOLUTION: A server 4 (an information processing device) includes at least: an environment prediction unit 22 that predicts environmental changes in a course using environment information of the course where athletes exercise; and a supply support information generation unit 29 that generates supply support information for supporting supplying water to athletes using the prediction result of the environment prediction unit 22 and supply history information as to whether each athlete has been supplied with water at any of water supply points the athlete has passed by. |
