PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary saw so constituted that a slit is provided to a substrate to be filled with a viscoelastic material and a low friction material is formed on the surface of the substrate, and an electromotive tool using it. SOLUTION: In the rotary saw having a large number of teeth provided to its disc-shaped substrate 10 along the circumferential edge, the slit 14 is provided to a part of the substrate 10 to be filled with the viscoelastic material and a falling-off preventing means for preventing the viscoelastic material from falling off from the slit 14 is provided. The low friction material layer 15 is formed to the upper or under surface of the substrate 10. By this constitution, the rotary saw generating much lower noise is obtained.
