PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water activator which radiates a large quantity of anions and far-infrared rays by providing a jet water stream producing means at the inflow port of a cylindrical body and violently colliding various kinds of ceramic balls by the jet water stream. SOLUTION: The water activator is provided with: a cylindrical case body 1 at both ends of which a water inflow port and a water outflow port are provided; an anion radiation ceramics 13, far-infrared radiation ceramics 15 and granite porphyry ceramics 16 which are accommodated in the case body 1 while leaving gaps therebetween; and a jet nozzle section 11 provided at the water inflow port.
